Founded in 1969, John’s Island Club was established by a distinguished group of industry leaders seeking a private oasis from the rigors of everyday life in the Midwest and the Northeast. The Club was thoughtfully designed to welcome members and their families into an environment defined by natural beauty, elegant residences, refined dining, and recreational opportunities of the highest caliber. The Club's members and its associates are guided by enduring values of respect, kindness, manners, discretion, and appreciation for others. 

Today, members from across the United States enjoy three nationally acclaimed golf courses; premier tennis, pickleball, squash, and croquet facilities; a comprehensive Fitness Center & Spa; and a full-service Beach Club located on three miles of unspoiled Atlantic Ocean beachfront. 

The Club offers six dining rooms offering a wide variety of culinary options including an exceptional calendar of special events showcasing visiting-chef dinners and exclusive vineyard wine tastings.  Programming and entertainment is extensive at John's Island Club including a robust lecture series, bridge, mahjongg, art lessons, technology seminars and garden clubs are just a sampling.
