At John’s Island Fitness & Wellness Center, the focus is on longevity and helping members feel their best for years to come. Our Fitness Center offers modern equipment, more than 40 group classes, and a Pilates Studio with certified trainers, all designed to support strength, mobility, and endurance for better days on the course, play sports, and beyond. Longevity screenings, physical therapy, and golf- and tennis-specific fitness programs help members move efficiently and prevent injury, while personalized nutrition counseling supports long-term wellness. To complete the experience, our spa provides expert massages and facials that promote recovery, relaxation, and overall vitality.

Featuring 134 modern, top-tier equipment and an expert certified team, it supports strength, mobility, and conditioning programs that translate directly to better days on the golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a dynamic, goal-oriented lifestyle. The Spa Experience

Restoration is essential. Our spa services take place in four serene spa rooms and include therapeutic massages and therapeutic facials provided by skilled therapists and aestheticians. Treatments such as hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage massage therapy, red light skin therapy, and custom facials are designed to support muscle restoration, reduce stress, and keep members feeling refreshed, focused, and ready for what’s next.

The Pilates Experience

Our dedicated Pilates Studio offers structured, precision-based training led by certified instructors. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, posture, and balance, key elements for injury prevention and consistent performance in golf, tennis, and daily movement.
